This Anglo-Saxon noble ring Aethelswith was made of bronze and is a detailed replica in the Anglo-Saxon Trewhiddle style. The original gold ring belonged to the daughter of the Anglo-Saxon King Æthelwulf of Wessex and was dated to 853 - 874 AD and is now in the possession of the British Museum in London. Aethelswith is also known as Queen of Mercia and sister of Alfred the Great and also plays a major role in the well-known Viking series The Last Kingdom. The Anglo-Saxon noble ring is not closed at the back, but has parallel and overlapping ends that allow for adjustment. This Anglo-Saxon ring Aethelswith is perfect for reenactment, everyday wear, LARP and is also suitable as a gift for any The Last Kingdom and Viking fan!
