Our Rosehip Wine - Koboldfeuer is one of our most robust wines, drawing its taste and aroma from the long-known and widespread wild rose. The use of wild roses dates back to ancient Babylon, where oils and ointments were already produced from them. Even Charlemagne in the early Middle Ages had wild roses cultivated as a medicinal plant, as he was aware of the positive effects of the wild rose fruit. But the fruit of the wild rose, also known as rosehip, is not only rich in vitamins C, A, B1, and B2, but as a rosehip wine, it has a full, sweet taste that some would compare to cherry. The wine is presented in a decorative elixir bottle, making it a wonderful gift. This rosehip wine is vegan and contains sulfites.
