This Early Medieval Viking decorative rivet in Jelling style is suitable for 3 cm wide straps. It is based on a total of seven different finds of the almost identical disc brooch found in Cambridgeshire/England, two in Birka in Sweden, three from Denmark, and even one near Salzwedel in Germany. Similar versions were then also found in Ireland, Schleswig-Holstein, and Hamburg. On the back of the decorative rivet is a pin that you guide through the material and then simply place the small, included cap on it for fixation and secure it with a few light hammer blows. The Jelling-style Viking decorative rivet for 3 cm straps is also suitable as an embellishment for other leather equipment for Viking reenactment, the medieval market, and LARP.
