Viking Scramasax with Bone & Wood Handle and Leather Scabbard
This early medieval Viking Scramasax with bone & wooden handle and matching leather sheath was elaborately handcrafted. It features a "slanted" steel blade, typical for a sax, and is finished with a wooden handle enhanced with a layer of bone, and a brass ferrule and pommel. The striking leather sheath is richly decorated with Viking-era brass fittings, and thanks to two leather loops attached to brass rings, the sax can be worn horizontally at the belt in typical "Viking style." The Viking Scramasax with bone & wooden handle is perfect as a collector's item and decoration for Early Medieval Reenactment and Viking fans.
Since bone and wood are natural products, variations in color and/or grain are quite normal. The blade is pre-sharpened!
