This decorative Viking Sword Bjorn with Leather Scabbard is based on a sword find from the 10th century of the Early Middle Ages, which can be admired in the National Museum in Copenhagen. It has a blunt and broad steel blade with an equally broad fuller, which significantly reduces its weight but allows the full power of the sword to be utilized. The short quillons and pommel are made of steel. The hilt and scabbard are made of leather-wrapped wood. The scabbard itself also has a chape and a wooden hanger to carry the sword on a belt. The Viking Sword Bjorn with Leather Scabbard is perfect for Viking Cosplay, Early Medieval Reenactment, but also as a gift and decoration for fans of this era!
