This detailed Early Medieval Strap End made of bronze is based on a find from Birka / Sweden and is designed for 1.5 cm wide straps. Strap ends were very common during the Viking Age and, depending on their conspicuousness, material, and craftsmanship, offered a glimpse into the wearer's status. On the back, there are three long pins used for fastening by being pushed through the leather and then carefully flattened with a hammer. The Early Medieval Strap End Birka made of bronze is ideal for DIY fans, reenactors, LARP, and hobbyists.
