The Viking coin Raven Penny, called Raven Coin in English, is a replica of a historical Viking coin found in England. This historical replica was made of robust brass and depicts a Viking Age raven. The famous Viking king Olaf Guthfrithsson had this coin minted and distributed between 939 and 941 AD in Ireland and England, one of the few Viking Age coin mintings outside Scandinavia. This replica of the Viking coin Raven Penny has a similar diameter and is more even and slightly thicker than the original, as it was cast and not flattened with coining dies as in the Viking Age. The Raven Penny is ideal for Viking reenactment, a special gift for Viking fans and coin collectors.
