This robust bronze Viking coin pendant is a replica of one of the most famous Viking coins from Ireland, the Raven Coin. The Raven Coin dates back to the time of the Viking Olaf Guthfrithson, who was King of Dublin for a short period between 934 and 941. The front of the coin shows a raven with wings and the inscription: ANLAF CVNVNC, which was probably translated from the Younger Futhark and is meant to signify King Olaf. On the reverse side, there is a small cross surrounded by another inscription: EDELFERD MINETRE, the meaning of which is unfortunately still not fully understood. The round Viking pendant has an eyelet at the top so you can wear it with a leather strap. The Viking coin pendant Raven Coin made of bronze is a perfect piece of jewelry and gift for Viking fans, reenactors, and collectors of Viking jewelry.
