This high-quality Viking Wolf Head Necklace was braided from sturdy leather and combined with detailed and decorative bronze end caps in the shape of Viking Age wolf heads. End caps for necklaces and bracelets designed with animal heads are known from various archaeological sites in the Viking realm and are not a modern invention. Both wolf heads are connected by a hook on which you can thread almost any Viking amulet, provided it has an eyelet or ring. The early medieval wolf heads are based on a hoard find of a wolf cross in Fossi on the island of Iceland from the early Middle Ages. The Viking Wolf Head Leather Necklace is therefore a suitable gift and accessory for every Viking fan and of course fits into everyday life, at the medieval market or even around the neck of a Nordic character at LARP.
