This replica of a Viking garment pin made of robust bronze with a Viking Age dragon head originally comes from the Early Middle Ages of the 10th century in the Viking trading metropolis of Hedeby, which is known today as Haithabu. The original is now in the Haithabu Museum in Schleswig-Holstein.
