This full battle-ready shield boss for Norman shields was made from 2 mm thick steel. These relatively small bosses were primarily used in the elongated shields of the Normans. Four rivets for attaching to the shield are included. This boss is perfectly suited for Early Medieval & Medieval re-enactment.
