This medieval knife with a clip-point blade, often referred to as a pike blade in the Middle Ages, was hand-forged from robust 440 steel and comes with a matching leather sheath. Thanks to this typical sloping false edge on the spine of the blade, the knife is particularly easy to handle and control. In addition, the twisted handle completely encloses the hand and prevents slipping onto the blade. Knives with a clip-point blade like this one are documented as utility knives for the 12th and 13th centuries of the Middle Ages, making them perfect as a tool for medieval reenactment, but also for a camp at a medieval market, and are even suitable for everyday use.
