Our Medieval One-Handed Sword Utz with scabbard is based on the discovery of a 12th-century one-handed sword from the Middle Ages. The original belonged to an Earl of England who faithfully served Richard the Lionheart. This sword is a replica and was handmade. The crossguard and the typical Brazil-nut pommel are made of steel, the blade extends through to the pommel and was hand-riveted there. The wooden grip has a wide leather wrapping, as does the wooden scabbard, which can be attached to almost any belt using two brass rings and straps. This sword is not sharpened and serves as a decoration or gift for medieval and knight fans. This sword is also perfectly suited for visiting a medieval market or reenactment.
