This replica of bow scissors was already used in antiquity by Romans, Germanic tribes, and Celts, and was also used by Vikings, Slavs, and Franks in the early Middle Ages up to the Middle Ages, as archaeological finds have proven. These scissors were forged from a single piece of steel and are ideal as an authentic tool for reenactment, but also suitable for real use by a craftsman and fit as a decoration in a medieval workshop with a loom, for example. Should the scissors ever become dull, they can be easily resharpened. The scissors come with a matching leather case that can be tied to a belt.
