This extraordinary mead was made from high-quality honey from the Yucatán Peninsula, where it is the most important agricultural product of the region and whose local beekeepers have special knowledge in the cultivation and processing of this special honey. In the tropical coastal climate, wild daisies and the Dzizilche bush thrive, whose flower nectar is collected by the indigo bees, giving Yucatan honey a mildly fruity aroma.
