This Celtic bow fibula is a replica from the Celtic La Tène period and is based on historical finds from Antiquity. The original of this Celtic bow fibula dates from the 3rd to 1st century BC. This replica was handcrafted in one piece and features a spiral at the apex that holds the pin under tension to fasten your garment. Such a Celtic bow fibula was used by Romans and Celts as a clasp for women's garments and was then worn in pairs. This bronze fibula is also perfectly suited for fastening and closing a light cloak. Ideal for Celtic and Roman reenactment.
