Our blunt Early Medieval spearhead is designed for reenactment combat and has been hand-forged and polished from steel. The forged socket has a bore with two holes to attach the spearhead to a wooden shaft using a DIY method. To reduce the risk of injury, the tip is blunted and thickened. Spears like these were widespread in the early Middle Ages and were used on foot. The Early Medieval spearhead is perfect for Early Medieval reenactment combat and show combat at medieval markets.
