This early medieval Frankish amulet Alfhild, made of bronze, shows four interconnected dragon heads enclosed by a ring. Amulets like these are based on a 7th-century find and were widespread and popular among the women of the Franks, Saxons, and Alamanni in the early Middle Ages. An opening allows it to be attached to a band up to a maximum of 3 mm in diameter. This Frankish amulet is ideal for Early Medieval Reenactment, LARP, and the Medieval Market.
