This detailed replica of a bronze belt fitting of the Kievan Rus' in a heart shape is perfect for 3 cm straps and is based on finds in Bulgaria dated to the 9th - 10th century. Such belt fittings were worn by the Rus', Avars, Bulgarians and Magyars and thus found their way to Western and Northern Europe via the great trade routes, as evidenced by finds in several graves.
