This fully functional fire arrow head, also known as a brazier head, for medieval arrows was hand-forged from steel. The cage-like shape allows for the placement of flammable material, which, upon impact, can set pretty much anything ablaze. Such types of arrows have been used since antiquity in naval battles or during sieges.
The hand-forged fire arrow head is intended for DIY craftsmen and historical re-enactors.
