This hand-painted figure depicts a German Knight on a Crusade – dressed in the attire of a Templar from the late Crusades. He holds his one-handed sword in his right hand and his knight's shield in his armored left hand. Beneath the typical white surcoat with a red cross, chainmail is visible, but the rest of his body is protected by much higher quality plate armor. On his back, his cloak with a cross can be seen, and a leather scabbard hangs from his belt. This hand-painted German Knight on Crusade is a suitable gift or decoration for fans of knights and the Crusades.
