Our wine from aronia berries is semi-dry and slightly sweet and sour. Aronia berries were already attributed healing properties in the Middle Ages, as the berry is rich in vitamins, and in Eastern European countries, it is still considered a medicinal herb today. The chokeberry, as the shrub fruit is also called, has a high content of folic acid, flavonoids, and vitamins A, B2, K, and C. The aronia berry is therefore not only healthy but also tastes excellent fermented into a wine! The aronia berry wine comes in a decorative elixir bottle, is vegan due to its production, and contains sulfites.
