This morning star was handcrafted and has a wooden handle. At the head end there is a chain with a spiked metal ball. Weapons like these were common in the Middle Ages, but were mainly used by common people or simple warriors. Among many knights, despite their effectiveness in damaging armor, they were not appreciated. This morning star is intended exclusively as a decoration or as an accessory for medieval fairs.
