This battle-ready medieval skullcap was sometimes worn under a great helm or as simple head protection on the battlefield. It has riveted and adjustable leather inlays with a chin strap to ensure an optimal fit. This piece of armor offers head protection with the largest possible field of vision and can be extended with an aventail if required; the holes for this on the side and back are present. This medieval helmet is ideal for beginners, warriors, adventurers or even archers in the Middle Ages, as well as for LARP, and is suitable for reenactment and show combat.
