Our lovely mead is the sweetest form of honey wine and is made from pure honey! It has a strongly sweet taste and is ideal for a medieval meal or feast. Mead existed before Antiquity and was drunk well into the Middle Ages. For the Vikings and Slavs, mead was both a drink and a gift from the gods.
