This hand-painted Early Medieval Round Shield with a snake motif is the perfect decoration for your early medieval Viking camp, armory, and of course, for on the go at the medieval market. The snake motif is a frequently used symbol, especially among Anglo-Saxons. In the center of the Viking shield is the so-called steel shield boss, and the edge of the round shield has also been covered and reinforced with steel plate. The back has the obligatory robust wooden fist grip behind the shield boss.
