The denar of Ottokar II. is a replica of a 13th-century medieval coin. Ottokar II is considered one of the most significant Bohemian kings and is also known as the Iron and Golden King. He was the King of Bohemia and Duke of Austria. The original of this denar was found in Acre, one of the most important and well-known Crusader fortresses in the Middle Ages, and bears witness to the far-reaching influence and contacts of the Kingdom of Bohemia. The uniqueness of the coin lies in the motif of Saint Christopher on the reverse, as the depiction of Saint Wenceslas, the patron saint of the country, was customary.

The obverse of the coin shows Přemysl Ottokar II with a crown on his head and the inscription: OTACARVS REX BOEMO ("Ottokar, King of Bohemia"). The reverse shows the head of Saint Christopher, whose name comes from Greek and means "Christ-bearer," and his name as an inscription: SANCT CRISTOPHORVS. According to legend, this gigantic saint carried a small child across a raging river, in which he later recognized Jesus Christ himself. Thus, he became the patron saint of all pilgrims, travelers, and a helper in times of need.

The replica of the denar of Ottokar II is perfect as currency for LARP or cosplay, as a prop for reenactment, as historical decoration, and as a collector's item for medieval fans.
